Enrique Calistro
Director of Engineering Product Development
Mr. Calistro has over 20 years experience as an Electrical Engineer with defense and commercial corporations. He has worked in both start-up environments as well as fortune 100 companies. Mr. Calistro has experience in forming high-performance engineering design teams and has held Senior Management roles at high tech companies such as Harris Corporation, Motorola and Foxconn International. In his most recent role as Director of Electrical Engineering at Foxconn International Holdings Group, Mr. Calistro was responsible for all aspects the electrical engineering design team to deliver 15 wireless handsets to OEM customers and managing multi-discipline teams to develop wireless handsets. This resulted in $25M in gross revenue, $10M net profit for the Foxconn organization. His leadership led to one of the most profitable ODM organizations within Foxconn International Holdings organization. At Motorola iDEN Subscriber Group, Mr. Calistro was responsible for the electrical engineering development of division’s first color display handset, first camera phone and first camera phone with integrated MP3 player utilizing multinational design teams. Mr. Calistro holds an MBA from the University of Miami, a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, and holds 3 US patents for communications systems.
Jerry Esses
Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager
Jerry Esses has over 25 years of experience in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, and Quality and Regulatory Management for various distribution and manufacturing organizations. Mr. Esses has previously been the Purchasing and Product Manager for Small Parts, Inc., now owned by Amazon.com, and most recently the Purchasing, Plant and Quality Manager for Acuderm, Inc. a leading manufacturer and distributor of disposable dermatological products. He brings extensive experience in both national and international Supply Chain Management, and a proven track record of improving efficiency and increasing profits. Mr. Esses holds a BA from University of Albany-SUNY.
Frank Markovich
Director of Customer and Technical Services
Frank Markovich has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. This experience includes participation in the completion of clinical studies and FDA trials leading to Premarket Approval (PMA) ; training of surgeons, nursing staff and technicians on the use of various medical products; and involvement in the design and development of promotional materials, medical presentations and multimedia in accordance with PMA. Frank joined LifeSync Corporation in 2007 as its Technical Service Manager with primary responsibility of supporting the Company’s customers and field sales personnel, while also supporting the Company’s marketing, engineering and product development areas. Prior to joining LifeSync, Frank held the position of Manager of Technical Services at Advantage Medical Electronics, Inc., a manufacturer of ECG cables, distributor of medical devices and provider of biomedical services. Frank was also Vice President of Customer Support at Microsulis Americas, Inc., a manufacturer of tissue ablation devices using microwave energy. Before beginning his career in the Medical device industry, Frank served six years in the Navy’s Electronics Warfare division.
Zachary Wunsch
Controller
Mr. Wunsch joined the Company in June 2013 and brings with him a wide range of industry experiences. Mr. Wunsch spent seven years in public accounting at BDO USA, LLP both in their New York office and more recently at their Miami office. His client base included large multinational billion dollar entities as well as public companies with SEC and Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Mr. Wunsch’s industry experiences include: telecommunications, chemical distribution, manufacturing, construction, private equity, fitness facilities and aviation. Prior to joining LifeSync Corporation, Mr. Wunsch was the Financial Reporting Manager at AeroTurbine, Inc., a Miami based company in the aviation industry. Mr. Wunsch graduated from the City University of New York – Queens College with a major in Accounting and Information Systems and a minor in Economics. Mr. Wunsch is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.

Brian Anderson is an experienced investor having approximately 15 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and finance with Robert W. Baird & Co. (“Baird”), Baird Capital Partners (“BCP”), First Chicago Equity Capital and First Chicago Venture Capital. For the past 11 years and prior to formation of the Fund, Mr. Anderson has been with Baird, the past six as a Partner and Managing Director of BCP, Baird’s late-stage growth and buyout investment group. While at BCP, Mr. Anderson managed and led investments and oversaw portfolio companies in the Healthcare and Industrial Technology sectors, including four of BCP Fund III’s eight lead equity investments. He has been involved in 43 private equity investments, add-on acquisitions, advisory or financing assignments, collectively representing more than $1.5 billion in transaction value. Mr. Anderson received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Marketing, as well as a B.S. Degree in Finance, Operations and Strategic Management and Philosophy, summa cum laude, from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program of Boston College.

Ms. Johnson is a General Partner at Affinity Capital, a venture capital firm that invests in private, U.S.-based health care companies. Previously, she was senior vice president and chief administrative officer of Medtronic. During her 17 years at Medtronic, she was also president and general manager of Medtronic’s Vascular business and Medtronic’s Tachyarrhythmia Management business.

Jeffery S. Thompson is a Partner with Tampa, Florida based HealthEdge Investment Partners, LLC, an operating-oriented private equity firm founded in 2005 that provides strategic capital exclusively in the healthcare industry. Mr. Thompson currently serves as President, CEO, and Chairman of Enaltus, a Suwanee, Georgia based HealthEdge portfolio company specializing in unique skincare solution with direct operations in the US and global distribution partnerships. Mr. Thompson serves as an Independent Director and Compensation Committee Member with the Board of Directors for Anika Therapeutics, Inc., a publicly traded Bedford, Massachusetts based biotechnology company. Mr. Thompson serves as a Director for Inifinity HomeCare, a privately held Florida based home health care provider and as a Director for Advanced Bio-Technologies, Inc. (ABT) a wholly owned subsiduary of Sinclair Pharma, PLC, a publicly traded UK based skincare company, which purchased ABT from HealthEdge and other shareholders while Mr. Thompson served as President, CEO and Chairman. Mr. Thompson received his Bachelor’s degree in General Science after completing one year of study in Dental Medicine, both at the University of Pittsburgh.
